Gingerols and shaogaols have anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger itself has numerous health benefits and is believed to aid nausea, improve digestion, support healthy circulation and maintain cholesterol levels. It may also aid joint inflammations and treat respiratory infections such as colds and flus. Nature's Aid Ginger Root capsules are a food supplement containing 500mg of dried ginger root. This has been standardised to provide 4mg of gingerols and shogaols.

Directions

1-3 tablets to be taken daily with food and a cold drink.
