Isle of Crackers Flaxseed Crackers are made in Wicklow using high quality ingredients including Irish milled flour, Wicklow cold pressed rapeseed oil and high-quality flaxseeds. Made by Tim Nickerson and his family in their tiny north Wexford each heart shaped cracker is mixed, rolled, cut and packaged by hand which makes them a truly artisan product.

These delicious crackers are slow baked using delicious seeds and Irish cold pressed rapeseed oil from Co Wicklow.
